To answer opies question though, I got more women when I didn't lift....at first I didn't understand why that was the case but here is a breakdown of why I was having better luck then vs now.

1) I was younger
2) I went out a lot, drank at bars almost every night
3) While at said bar I would get yucky and talk to any one/every one
4) I had roomates, so there were always people over. most smashes were roomates friends/relatives
5) Even though I didn't lift, I didn't constantly look in the mirror and critique myself (leads to low self esteem, a common trait amongst lifters due to always thinking their bodies could be/should be better).

I guess what I am trying to say is, go out and be sociable. Don't fret on your looks just be confident. Sloots like a guy with a social circle that is 'fun' and exudes confidence.

Granted, there are girls that have absurd standards (won't date under 6', must have 6 pack, blonde, etc) that they stick to, aside from that maybe 3% of women, you are not missing out. However, if you do fit one of these girls standards and don't scare her off, its like a freebie. She's attracted to you and you will likely have great success.

Bottom line: Looks don't matter, as long as you're not morbidly obese or auschwitz thin, except for 3% of women.

You don't have to be ripped. If you have a good face you only need to look at least lean and athletics to be considered hot by most women. Personality really doesn't matter. With hook ups and or one night stands, looks matters the most and the only personality trait preferred is being fun and chill. If you look good, at least don't be awkward and it's just a numbers game.
