    Cut or bulk (pictures included)

    Sorry for stupid username. I'm 18 5"9 153lbs. Am I considered sskinnyfat? I have belly fat so that is why I'm consider ING cutting. But I don't really know if I should just bulk first. The only workouts I do are bodyweight, but I'm going to join a gym now. So cut or bulk?

    Bulking and then cutting is more effiecient. But if you want to kind of get in shape/toned up a bit and see some results quicker you could always do a month or two of P90x to help get you in shape and stay motivated when it comes time to lift. I cut from a skinny fat 165 to 145 and then bulked to 190. Doubt I would have ever been focused and motivated had it not been for the program.

    Bulk up join the gym and watch the muscle build. Train hard, check out the lifting for noobs/teens section for help. Deads/squat/bench cy@
