Do legs twice a week not once. Calves don't count as leg day.

Where's the deadlifts and Bench press? Are you enrolled in a gym or do you just have some weights lying around. And why do you do calves seperately instead of doing them on leg day

Dude, if you are a begginer i wouldn't suggest you to make your own program, just use one that is proven to work like SS, SL 5x5 or ICF.
    Cheers

Deadlift with legs and calves on separate day to help split it up

THIS THIS THIS a million times. Don't think you know more than everybody else lol, find a beginners program and stick with it. stronglifts is good. I won't bother going over your split but theres numerous things that should be addressed.
