Hey guys, so as you can see by my progress photo's. Most of my body fat is stored in my hips.
I can manage to tone my upper body but as hard as I try i still cannot manage to lose the fat in my hips.
I obviously don't want to lose my hips in general because curves are great! I do however want to be able to wear like tight skinny jeans and not have that bit of fat hanging over.
Do you guys have any suggestions on what I should do?
