So, my new order came in today. Every time I run out of supplements I tend to get new brands.....I see what is "in" and what seems to work.
As for me and a little background; I am 31 years old, 6'4, 290-300 depending......about 27% BF from pics I have seen of others measured.
So in December of 2012 I started working out every day doing whatever I could with the energy level I had when entering the gym (this hasn't really changed, but I stick to a "progressive strength" style and always add more weight than I did last week). I found youtube channels....HodgeTwins, FuriousPete......shortly there after bodybuilding.com. So been reading a lot, hearing others opinions.....seeing if their styles work for me or not.
And today I am still working out doing the same but my diet sucks and has been this whole time. Trying to change that slowly but surely but I am hearing too much conflicting info so I will try everything that's recommended (within reason) and see what works best for me. Right now its chicken, spinach, potatoes (sweet or red), yummy Greek yogurts with cereal style toppings, and cottage cheese with fresh apples.
Previous supplements I used is the Bodybuilding.com fat loss advanced stack and with a decent diet (no take out and such, watching a little bit of what I eat) lost 55lbs.
Tried various pre-workouts, EC stack, Yohimbine hcl etc etc etc......they all worked as intended....but just the routine of doing it kinda got too mundane and caused me to break away. Maybe thats why i don't have a "bro-split" routine either.....
Here is my new stuff to try and some older stuff.....
So today I worked out. I used 2 scoops of White Flood with 2 scoops of Hemoval.......
HOLY MOTHER OF YES......gimme more! It felt like Craze did......I didn't feel I was animated amp'ed up.....I just felt like I could do everything and should take my time and tons of focus......I really am loving Controlled Labs more and more (already use Orange Triad, and next paycheck getting their omega). I worked chest up today and it felt great....broke a few PR's with ease.....bicep curls went up by 35lbs alone! Incline bench went up by 20lbs (270lbs) and I loved it! I am truly pleased with this combo. Both products have a "pump matrix" and wow did it ever come early.....my warm up set of bicep curls I started to feel the hint of it coming.....after first set it was on like Donkey Kong....
And iForce.....kudos on such a great product, really. I cannot wait till I am done with the lemon drop to try the other flavors!!! Really is a great product and tasty too
BTW, I mixed Lemon Drop iForce Hemoval with Controlled Labs White Flood- White Pineapple......honestly with 10oz of water.....it was like when you put 4-5 lifesavers (tropical flavored) in your mouth as a kid.....really tasty
To Cellucor; Wow.....dead on the spot with these whey flavors.....Smores is great with milk.....it tastes like being a kid and drinking the flavored milk of sweet cereal (my favorite part of eating cereal!). The Peanut Butter Marshmallow tastes like a nutter butter cookie to me (with milk). My one and only criticism is that the marshmallow pieces are too hard.....other than that I will be ordering more next time
I am taking the BPI Jay Cutler nation King starting tomorrow........
Hopefully all this makes sense......and feel free to ask me anything, or critique/criticize as I need to be both in order to move forward at all times

Got in on the b2g1 free deal, nice. Also 2 scoops of WF-R and 2 scoops of Hemavol might be bit much.

I drink coffee maybe 1-2 times a week......2 cups max. My caffeine intake is low. And I honestly don't take pre-work out every gym visit.
It doesn't hit my like a ton of bricks, even right now (took PWO at 6:40PM EST) I am feeling great, heart rate is good, no jitters, etc etc....
*shrug* I could try 1 scoop next time and see what happens.....

Agree with these 450 is quite a lot.
Appreciate your honest feedback and thanks for hopping on that buy 1 get 1 50% off deal man. I have not tried smores yet but its getting killer feedback.
here would be some help for you on cutting, your diet seems very void of micronutrients tbh limiting yourself to about 5-6 food sources is a bad idea.

You're not telling me anything I don't already know brother. After all I do work for the company. Back to the topic at hand though, I have plenty of energy from just 1 scoop of WFR. I really wouldn't even go to 2 scoops. It's a different feeling than being on Mr Hyde in my opinion.

2 scoops of White Flood crew. Dat der stimm junkie; at least that is pretty much my only intake of caffeine in the day so it isn't too bad IMO.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

I am trying to find what works for me. And so far all the products above have worked for me.
Would it change your point of view knowing I lift heavy? My goal isn't aesthetics....but it may come in due time. I have only been doing this a year and a few months, making progress.....doing it my way until my way doesn't work. I went from 365lbs to 290 and a whole lot more muscle/strength.
I don't get sucked into buying any supplements, its my money, I do my due diligence and figure out what works and see if it works for me......no ones forcing me to buy anything.
I am not mad, just understand we have differing point of views on it. I am working on my diet to see what is going to work for me.

It may sound stupid, inefficient, or what have you. But I go in, and kinda see how my body feels, see what energy I have and do whatever......I tend not to do the same thing every day though. Once I get my bearings on diet and such I will then work on routine.
As of now, I bench over 300, squat over 400, and I have only just started to play around deadlifting and 3plate has been my stopping point for reps.
