I cant gain nor muscle neither strenght in full body program

Hi.I'm a newbie and doing bodybuilding for 4 months. After working 2 months with adaptation programs , I made researches to choose best program so then I started to do full body program , ICF 5x5 full , I do it for 2.5 months. In fact in the last month I had gone to workout for only 6-7 days , so was not on dicipline , but at least I followed this ICF 5x5 in first 5 weeks with only skipping 1 day.My problem is that:

I cant see gaining size and I even cant gain strenght enough.
I was 68 kg 2 months ago , then decreased to 66.5 1 month ago when my appetite was terrible and I had 1 week rest , now I'm 68 kg again. My nutrition is not bad but not great as well.

Besides , My squat went from 55 kg to 90 kg , but other exercises looks too hard and I cant increase the weight !
My logs were like that 6 weeks ago:

    OHP : 35 kg for 5x5
    Rows: 55 kg for 5x5
    Dips: 3x8 hardly.
    BP: 57.5 kg
    Biceps Curl: 20 kg

    Now:

    OHP: 37.5
Rows: Still around 55-57. kg.When I raise it to 60 , I may do it but too hard for me to do on proper form with this weight.
Dips: I feel more comfortable and can do like : 12-8-8 or 10-10-8 anymore.
BP: 60 kg for 5x5.But if I do 62.5 kg I fail in 3rd set.
Biceps curl: 22.5 kg now , very small increase.

As you see I almost stalled at BP and OHP.Why I cant increase the weight.Today I tried 40 kg on OHP , then I see I could do only 4 rep in first set , so turned it to 37.5 again :/

I made the same mistake as you for 2 months. Hop on a beginner program like fierce 5 or All Pro's and start eating 2800 calories every day. Track your weight over the next month and adjust cals accordingly
