depends on what you mean by "meal preps"

do you mean having a plan already and someone cooking for you?
OR
do you mean having someone develop and adjust a plan for you?

My last prep, i had a couple do my meal 'plans' for me, it was a night and day difference in how I looked.

Once they do it the first time, and you GET what and why they are adjusting, you can generally take it from there

going through it alone, with too much different input, then having ONE plan and sticking to it, you can then see what happens with a good plan

I definitely would. I've been considering trying to find someone/a meal prep company I can give my offseason diet to and have them cook meals to those specifications. I think using someone to cook meals for my prep next season is just about a definite.

I mean someone cook for you. You give the specifics or diet plan to them and they do the cooking and deliver it to your house twice a week

I guess if you are independently wealthy, then sure, have a live in cook. My wife is very supportive and will cook anything I ask her, so getting hitched is another option.

I think following a concert meal plan in regards to eating only certain foods in certain amounts is not a great idea. The lack of variety will ultimately leave you feeling more deprived and miserable than if you made food on the fly and calculated macros as you go. Having gone down both paths, I can honestly say flexibility in your diet goes a long way towards making prep enjoyable

Most restaurants will make whatever you request even if off the menu(ex: 6oz chicken breast with 4 egg whites and 1/2 cup rice)(for an off-menu price of course)

I see no need for this other than people being lazy. But 95% of competing bodybuilders aren't lazy.

I wouldn't trust anyone else to touch my food. If you were super busy and wealthy it might be a decent option tho. I like to cook my own food though.

Its not that I wouldnt trust with someone to prep my food or that I enjoy it. It takes an extreme amount of time out of my day to prep, but it would be hella costly to hire someone to do that probably. Also I understand now to an extent on how I should be dieting from homies here on BB. If I was making more money and the person was more knowledgeable in nutrition than I was I would probably hire em. Until then BB forums will be my coach
