Hello, I am 6 feet and current weight is 185 lbs. I have gained around 12 lbs over last 5 months. I am seeing good muscle growth but the problem is my fat gain is getting stored mostly in chest area which makes my gyno looks worse. I have planned to reach 200 lbs before cutting but with current situation should I start cutting now itself ? Please advice.

You don't look bad to me. You definitely look like you are getting stronger. I would say keep going with your bulk. You shouldn't let something so small stop you from getting in the best shape of your life. If after your cut, you don't think it is possible to realize your goal physique then you could look into some other options.

I didn't realize so many guys had this… My brother had this growing up an unfortunately as you bulk and gain weight you have more tissue build up in the chest making it look like you have moobs. As the years went on some of the tissue in his chest hardened causing chest pain and discomfort. Earlier this year he couldn't handle it anymore and had the surgery about a month ago now.

Looks like you have gyno unfortunately. I just posted a new thread and posted a pic. I just had gyno surgery and had it since I was 18. I'm 26 now so just wanted to help some people out who have gyno with any questions they may have or if they just need someone to talk about it. Anyways my email is Gynohelp22@yahoo.com Email me if you have any questions. I'll post my pic here too

Yeah he's doing great now. I actually went to the gym with him yesterday and it was his second day back at the gym since surgery and he's doing well. I know there are different levels if gyno. Hopefully yours doesn't get as bad as my brothers, but it sounds it sounds like you're ok…
But like dvendetta and gynohelp22 said, most of the time surgery is the only thing to fully get rid of it

Build muscles and reduce fat ???
hiyu, yours seem to be issue with having puffy nipples whereas in my case it's about looking fat at the lower chest. I am trying to build chest muscles by doing lot of incline presses, pullovers & dips for lower chest, cable flyes & dumbell flyes. Have added one more pic when i was at the lowest BF around 15%. This time I may target for 13-15% BF during cut and see hw the progress is. You may also try to bulk & cut before going under knife.
