Extreme lats
Help me out guy's, my lats are not as big or wide i'm looking for. What I want are those lats that spread beyond shoulder width, round and as big as dinner plates.
I'm prepared to try anything no matter what, not afraid of pain and hard work!!.
Any of you guy's got some pics of yourselves with the kind of size i'm aiming for?
Thanks.

I don't have pics, but take my word for it... I've seen a huge improvement since I started doing chinups... REAL chinups. I'm 245 pounds so I can barely do my bodyweight. But if it's not enough, just add a belt and some weights and you'll explode.

spot on mate, chins are the works for lats. start at low rep even half a rep, and just build it up, pretty soon you be getting big and wide and compliments from others will be rolling in faster than if youd won the lottery.

Dude, this is why I wrote "REAL" in front of chinups. In general, pulley-driven machines suck. Just do a few sets and tell me the next day how they compare! (they don't)

For the right person I can offer ££ towards training, food and gear. Plus live in is also an option.
BUT...you must have decent genetics and good build already, want to get massive.
In return I will help you all the way...no bull ****.

thats interesting. a guy with the screen name "Wrslrman" PMed me about a couple weeks ago asking if i wanted to be sponsored. later on he even IMed me asking to meet up. then he said in return though he'd like for me to get in tights with him and wrestle him. he said he was turned on by big men putting submissions holds and the like on him. he was sexual and explicit.
can mods check the IPs or just ban these guys?

hahahaha this is the most ridiculous post on bb.com i have seen. pervs trying to get bodybuilder pics and meet up with them??? i think using a website that is dedicated to people gettin' big and jacked isn't the best place for pervs to find their targets...a bunch of the dudes here will end up beating their ass.

I only recognised him because he has posted comments on guys pics (on their profiles) that are very creepy, indicating he's never even been in a gym himself, otherwise he'd never phrase things the way he does.
I mean ffs why can't he look at any bodybuilding mag where the guys delts are really wide, why does he need to get real guys here to post stuff for his pleasure?

i like weighted wide grip pullups. I think they helped me the most. And db/bb rows, and pullovers for thickness. I just got back into lifting seriously for almost 2months. And i think they really helped me thicken up, there also really good for the biceps.

looking at pics of huge delts doesnt help your training.
If u want help getting bigger, ask questions in the Exercise/Training forums. I still doubt your intentions

Because i'm hoping to hear about different methods of training and to see the results.
Why are you posting when you clearly are not interested in helping me or adding anything positive.
