    Thermogenics for Waist Fat

I am 6"2, 168 lbs. Pretty toned upper body, too much fat around my waist hiding my abs.

I can't really afford to lose much weight elsewhere, but I have fat around my waist that I want to target. Will thermogenics target this as this is the area where most of the fat is, or what do you recommend?

If your stats are correct you are too lean to begin with. Focus on diet and training and getting it dialed in

You probably shouldn't be losing more weight at 6'2 if you are 168. I would hit the gym and focus on getting your training down.

there's no such thing as a thermogenic for the waist. diet and training goes a long way.

I have no idea how good it works but seemingly alphamine (us version) actually targets fat around the waist/hips! It gets great reviews anyway

To target fat around your waist it comes down to diet and exercise. Supplement help with diet by assisting with appetite suppression hitting the beta receptors and keep you in a good mood with a coloric deficit. But they don't just target one area it's a commnlative effect.

As far as thermos go, I use one pre workout and pre cardio. It's called level II. It's pretty strong and will heat you up, but definitely a great product.

    These.
You cannot spot reduce, you probably have a small skinny fat look because you lack muscle mass at 6'2 and 165ish pounds.
You need to focus on your diet and training..

    Care to post your diet
    Your calories and macro breakdown?
    Your routine?

Lol because summer is rolling in... Once winter comes back around, it's back to creatine and weight gainers.
