Hello,
do i take it right before i cycle to the gym?
or do i take it after i get to the gym then take it and wait 30mins at the gym for it to kick in
i feel really burnt out after i get to the gym which affects my workout

You can take either before biking or after getting to the gym. If it takes you 15-30mins to bike to the gym, the PWO may kick in right as your peddling or right as you get there.
Ultimately, it's a judgement call you have to decide. When do you want that energy rush to kick in?Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!
