    Whens the best time to take preworkout if i cycle to the gym?

    Hello,

    do i take it right before i cycle to the gym?

    or do i take it after i get to the gym then take it and wait 30mins at the gym for it to kick in

    i feel really burnt out after i get to the gym which affects my workout

    You can take either before biking or after getting to the gym. If it takes you 15-30mins to bike to the gym, the PWO may kick in right as your peddling or right as you get there.

    Ultimately, it's a judgement call you have to decide. When do you want that energy rush to kick in?
    Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

    I take my preworkout while im warming up, but since you bike to the gym youre already pretty warmed up, id just dilute it a good bit and take it before.

    I would probably put it in a bottle and drink it while riding to the gym and just go straight into my workout. Or right beforehand?

    I would sip on it on the way there. If it is only a 10 or 15 minute ride, I would just drink it right before you leave.

    Its about a 15-30 min ride, depending on how fast i pedal, i was taking the preworkout today while i was riding and as i got to the gym i didnt feel any affect as i usually do felt really weak for some reason, not as pumped up as usual
