what do you think a good pm protein is. something with casin* protien and maybe some other ingridents to help u sleep better.

Muslce milk is great. I just ordered some Dymatize Mega Milk looking forward to that. Also add some fiber and Flax oil to the mix to help slow the digestion down even more. Plus the added benefits from them.
