I was on the 4 day plan for Wendler 5/3/1 but given some life issues now I went to 3 days and have had a 2x week. I just pick up where I left off when I can. It actually has made me feel a little stronger.

Depends on what I am training for.
Currently no heavy weights as I'm fighting in 6 days. This is true for the last 8 weeks leading to fight night.
Otherwise. Weights is 3 times a week on a M/W/F. As I'm fairly new to returning to picking things up and putting them down again. I am currently back doing the 5x5 SL program.
I do attend a CF gym but I am very, very specific how I train there and I do not count it as a weights session, simply a circuit with weights.

I train 3 days a week. I've found that it works great for me. 2 harder days and a light/medium day in between, usually Tues, Thurs, and Sat. Tues and Sat are Snatch to heavy 2's or 3's, CJ to heavy 2's or 1's and squat. Thurs is power day, either power SN and clean or SN and Clean off boxes, then front squats.
I used to do 4 days a week or more, but was not getting enough recovery and dug myself into massive overtraining (insomnia and major muscle soreness/irriation being the big symptoms).Training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=168969133

Lifting - 6 days a week, basically a modified version of Kelei's program.
Running - once a week I run 10 miles on the treadmill, and once or twice I run 5k outside. Sometimes I get in some mountain biking on the weekends.
At work we do push ups and planks at lunch. We add one more push up each day, we were up to about 85 and then started back one. I could do a sets of 65, 10, 10. 85 was just too many for me.
I have been walking half an hour at lunch but I'll have to stop, not enough hours the day.
I wish my body (and life) would allow me to work out more.
I have kids and a job but no wife AND no life!
