I have been in the gym almost 5 months .. before that I was 87 Kg and now I'm 70 Kg (172.5 cm).
actually I did really hard diet and I still on the same diet till now.
I can see many changes in my body like my chest and back, arms also my abs. But to be honest my legs become smaller than before ...
However this my table exercises for my workout ..
Monday : chest and biceps
Tuesday : back with abs
Wednesday : biceps and triceps
Thursday : abs with cardio
Friday : shoulder and triceps
Saturday : legs with abs
Sunday : off also my cheating day ^^.
Right now I'm using pro complex protein .
You can say I already have done with my diet and now I'm planning to build my muscles also to get nice shape .
Did my table exercise will help me to build my muscles!
or I have to change it also my food do I have to stop my diet and eat normally! ..
And I'm sorry for my bad English
