I used to work making shampoo back in the seventies.
We made shampoo, just the base. We would fill 50g drums and ship it to various big named shampoo companies.
Hmm!

Wore a tank to the gym. Damn im not even close.
Did anyone see that thread about the narrow vs wide phyique a couple weeks ago.
Like guys with narrow physique have bigger arms and the wide physique has the chest/back overpower. Idk it was interdasting.

the adidas powerlift 2.0s were great for squats. I felt a lot more stable and comfortable than when I was squatting in regular shoes or going barefoot.
My dad got me an inzer for my birthday, so it should be here in a few weeks.

any of you guys bulk on a low cal/high carb diet?
i need the carbs for energy because I do alot of activity throughout the day, but I keep my calories really low (under 2300)
i am seeing results so far, except the times when I carb up and have a bloated stomach lol. just seeing if anyone has any experience with that

In on summer cutting crew. Finally made an account after about 9 years lurking here.
Stress from grad school and poor time management led to a ton of weight gain the last 2 years. Insane work hours made me rationalize not lifting as well, lost practically all my gainz..Anyways, I said screw this, it's now or never, gotta make the time to get back in shape or I never will.
Starting stats 5'8 - 200 lbs...its now been 4 weeks and im down to 188. time to get shredded brah's

Skipping my lower/core/cardio day today because I'm the only one home and it's like fkin 30 degrees don't want to leave my puppy alone in his crate. Don't even give a fuk I'll just eat 100-200 or so cals less I'm going to work later anyway should be easy. One thing I regret the most is listening to Jason blaha when I first started lifting and believing deads/squats were enough for core work. Now I'm not gunna have abs lol fuk
