Yeah I do IF too, love it because it makes me feel like I'm eating a **** ton of food when I'm actually like 700 under. I seriously had to force food down my throat tonight to get to 1900 calories... my stomach is so full it feels like its going to tear the fuk open right now.
Going to add more calories earlier in the day (at work) so I have to eat less later in the day. Going to be bringing another snack to work in addition to my regular quest bar: 1 cup of pumpkin + 1/2 cup of cottage cheese (sweetened with truvia and cinnamon). Tastes absolutely hnnng as **** and is only 200 calories, and is unbelievably filling. That feel when I'm almost having trouble downing 1800 calories on a cutting diet... feels good man

What do you consider regular food? Most of my calories come from eggs, chicken/salmon, and veggies(spinach and broccoli). My goto snacks are usually cottage cheese, greek yogurt, pumpkin, and peanut butter. Cocoa powder I just put on everything throughout the day for dat der chocolatey taste and fiber, it's only like ~40 calories for me to incorporate per day (and I eat a FUK ton of it)

My post workout meal, hit 25 working sets on the quads, hurts and feels good man! Hit the spicy and sweet taste buds with dat habanero green sauce and the fresh cut pineapple nice and cold out of the fridge.
Carb 30 gram, Fat .25 gram, protein 53, calories 349
2 cup egg white, 8oz pinapple

I aim for 1800 calories because I know I'll usually hit ~2000 from mindless eating (random handful of something, a tiny bit of peanut butter, and other random stuff adding up through the day)
I'm trying to bring it up to ~2000 calories of planned stuff, though, so I can keep track of my diet better and not be as tempted to mindlessly eat
edit: **** youre right, I'm probably going to lose muscle or some **** continuing at 1800 calories, I'm probably going to add an apple to my pre workout meal and maybe some more calories to my lunch to bring it up to 2000 calories and probably give me more energy too

All im saying is im eating 2500 cals a day and i have a pretty slow metabolism. But with lifting 3x a week and 4x 3mile power walks, plus bedroom cardio with the gf, im having no problem losing weight. Plus i feel like im eating too low. I dont think id have normal bowel movements at 1800 cals**EX YU Mafia**
