    It hits different muscles... more legs less back. For me it's helping strengthen my adductors which I feel is helping my squat (knee caving was a problem of mine).

    I heard it's better to just use calculators for your 1RM and never attempt it, too risky.

    That feel when dont know how much calories i need to eat.

    -no cardio
    -weigh: 156lbs
    -bodyfat: 10-12%

    calorie intake on lifting day: 2900-3000. on rest days: 2300-2500?

    been cutting for over 2 months now, and i think im stucked at this bodyfat. now eating 1700-1800 cals on rest day, and 2000-2200 cals on lifting day. is it too much? should i drop them to 1500-1600 and 1900 calories /day?

    eat around 2000 & lift. thats it.
    & stop this zig zag calorie bullchit. it does nothing but make life more complicated. eat the same total every day.

    on normal days i'm on ~2900 kcal, 250c, 310p ~60f
    on rest days i'm at ~1600 kcal, 40c, 300+p, 40f

    Is there a point to doing sumo, aside from being able to lift more weight? Like any other benefits? Considering switching to sumo just so I can finally hit that nasty 5 plate goal I've had for the longest time lol.
