    problem is, it's hard to eat without feeling guilty (in my case), brb get panic attacks if I don't get enough protein, brb feeling like chit after eating pizza or something high in fats and carbs...

    before I didn't even know wtf a gr of protein was lol...

    Yeah but when i eat dorritos, i kill the bag. It wouldn't be worth eating them and then being hungry and not being able to eat cuz i met my macros.

    I don't have the same motivation anymore, either. I'm honestly turned off by all the people who act like fitness is their life. Would never want to be like them.

    I still lift 5-6 days a week, but I eat junk food a lot. I'm happier this way. If I want to lose some weight I'll just increase my cardio. Fuk hardcore dieting. It's more enjoyable to me to eat a bunch of different foods than it is having a six pack at the beach.

    I can relate. I love to eat and at the same time I wish i could be ripped. I have cut to 10 maybe 9% bf two times but at that point I just binged back to 15% in 2 months. Mom is athletic,pretty low bf while father is maybe 30-40 bf,clash of the genes lol. Wish I was one of those naturally lean people.
