Hi all! I am wanting to add the recommended BCAA ratio (50% leucine, 28% valine and 22% isoleucine) to my supplement plan during my workout.
My question is: the casein I take before bed (allmax) already has Leucin 2256 mg. valine 1481 mg, and isoleucine 1201 mg, if I add the BCAA at workout will that be too much, or does that even matter? I weigh 118 lbs.
