Having some issues early on with this cut, started at 234 two weeks ago, been at 226-227 range for the last 4 days, barely taking a dump or anything, intake and workouts have been consistent, getting a little frustrated but meh, guess I'll see if my body is just being a dick or if I'm eating too much, IIFYM ~2000 calories, 200c/200p/75-100 fat, not perfect by any means but should be close enough. Might start doing a little cardio but really not wanting to seeing how the first go around I did next to none and dropped 40 lbs in two months. Fuark.

i would honestly go like this. fats don't need to be that high

then do, x3 MISS, x1 HIIT. using the elliptical, (never use tred mill). and do hiit outdoors.
then for your lifting routine i think PHAT or anything like that works best, esp for cutting. just do 2 days of low volume, lift heavy as **** (no failure) explosive reps, do like upper strength/lower strength/rest/ with 3 days of hyper workouts i.e typical bb workouts.*Misc Zombie Response Team*

Will work on the fats part and look into that, and for my routine I've been doing a push/pull/legs on a 3 x 12 with an exhaustion set to get everything back to proper lifting shape, still weak as **** compared to where I was at and not happy about it. Only do squats and dead lifts once a weak because of former back issues, really don't feel like aggravating it any further.
