this, and I take a lot longer than 5 minutes. Once you can OHP your bodyweight and above why the fuk wouldn't you use a squat rack? Maybe if you're weak as fuk it wouldn't make a difference.

lol can't believe people care about sweating in a gym. Covered in sweat on leg days, it drips off my face and body. The fact that it's getting warmer and the gym doesn't use a/c isn't helping
