You can use a debit but most people would recommend using P2P (Western Union or Moneygram) it's a whole lot easier. Basically your sportsbook will tell you how much you want to send, and then they'll provide you with a name and a country (usually Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Philippines) so you go to a WU/MG you give them the information that the sportsbook gave you, you pay a small fee and then they give you a MTCN.
