    Unhappy play basketball while bodybuilding

so, i believe theres alot of people out there have the same question as i do, my question is, will playing basketball burn too much of your muscle?

iv been on a diet and cutting for about 4 month and lost about 36 lbs, the result was amazing and i felt really good, during this period of time i played basketball and lift

almost everyday, but i realize after cutting down, my chest and back and shoulder didnt lose much size however my biceps and triceps just totally shrink.

i dont know if its just me but everytime after playing basketball, i felt that my whole body shrinks alot. so my question is, can i treat basketball as a cardio while having

my diet? or even during bulking? i really love basketball and bodybuilding but if basketball burns too much, i guess im willing to give up on that as i really wanna build

some mass, i hope someone could give me some advice. thanks!

Basketball is cardio, and should be treated as such in regards to bodybuilding.

    Modify calorie intake accordingly.

Just make sure you're eating enough. Basketball is my favorite type of cardio.
