    Do I appear to have enough LBM to have a successful cut?

    Just wanted to see what some of you guys think. I have about 175 pounds LBM at 6'2 and am around 15% BF. I'm thinking of continuing my bulk for maybe another month or so (4000 calories a day) and seeing if I can get my arms any bigger. However I'm eager to try a cut after that to finally see if I can get any of my abs to show! What do you guys think?

    I feel ya... I'm up from 160... hehe. Is there a good way to know when I will have enough LBM, or should I just check back here every couple of months?

    check back in a couple of months, if you are uncomfortable with your bf then cut but looking at those pics you should bulk for at least another 6 months.

    I agree with everyone else. Not enough lbm to even bother cutting to. Continue bulking. And honestly it's refreshing to see a young guy ask that question and be receptive to the answers. Most will come in and ask that question only willing to accept the answers if it fits with their preconceived notion.

    I agree with the other posters ITT.

    Take it from someone who was in a similar position (and oddly enough, similar bodytype) who decided to cut rather than continue bulking - I can confirm, wheels were spun. So don't waste time like I did and continue.

    Also, were you pushing out your stomach, or was that relaxed?

    Yes I do have stretch marks. Around navel, sides (going up my sides, lats) and around my shoulders/arms. At my heaviest I was 250 pounds or so. That is my stomach just relaxed, I think some of that might be skin, really bothers me.
