Longevity in training, 20, 30, 40 and 50

Been adding a pic to this every 10 years or so. Although I am not quite 50, I am 49 will be 50 on June 23rd I still added the pic. Will do the official one at 50.

I think it would have been in my early 40's but I was in a car accident so it is very hard to tell, but I really felt it was coming together then. I was going to do my first show (bodybuilding) but then I was hit (Tbone) by a drunk driver and landed in a wheel chair.

I can't speak for others but for me, no. In fact I recover faster as I got older. In my early 20's to early 30's my recovery was he'll. In my late 30's to now my recovery is so much faster and better

Honestly I think it just an age thing. My body just responded better at an older age.

I pretty much had a really really hard time putting on size and strength when I was younger.
