Last summer I made some pretty decent gains bumping my big three lifts up to:
S: 285x6
Dl: 365x3
B: 245x3
I got to that point using nortons phat routine and some dreamer bulking.
However due to 2 injuries I was out of the gym for some time and my strength levels have gone down significantly.
I was was wondering what you guys would advise to be the best way to go to get my strength levels back up as efficiently as possible now that I'm almost back at 100%
Thanks!

nonsense aside a simply 5x5 with linear progression is one of the best ways to build back your strength foundation. No dirty tricks. Just heavy lifting.
