I saw the video where Kali muscle curled 275 pounds, but his triceps are weak as s***.

For a more direct comparison, try this: Go to a pulley machine and do tricep pushdown with a straightbar. Compare this weight with bicep curl with the same bar on a low pulley. The two motions have a very similar range of motion with the load/force going in different directions.
The triceps should be stronger since anatomically, the three heads naturally compose over 60% of the arm (atleast, for most people).Everybody wanna get big, but nobody wanna do legs!!

Vid is fake kids.
His weight: ~240
That curl: 275
I know it's fake because I at about 200 have curled near bodyweight before as the strength of my curl is as important to me as squat/bench/dead for my own personal reasons, and speaking from experience that shiit doesn't look like what kali was doing.
Compare this:
To this:
...or this:
You can either basically drag curl it so it stays over your center of gravity the whole time, OR you can swing your body ridiculously.
Allegedly there's a third way to do it and it involves putting one leg forward to stabilize you, but I can't find a video of it and I've never had any luck with it. In a nutshell though, that guy's form is impossible with the percentage of bodyweight he's allegedly lifting.

First, it's a cheat curl in the Kali vid. No doubt he could do 225 with more strict form. Second, not so sure about the weak triceps. The guy benches well over 500. If you are comparing exercises like the bicep curl and skullcrushers, it's totally possible that the tricep weight cause like was said above, there is virtually no cheat possible on the skullcrushers and a more legitimate comparison would be to use the close grip press or pressdowns.
