The first ever time I attempted a 1 rep max was during our high schools "testing." There was a small bunch with 135 lbs, and a big bench with 205 lbs. I was a freshman, weighed probably 130 lbs at the time, muscled but wiry. I fuked up and went to the wrong bench, thinking it'd be a piece of cake. 135 lbs? That's nothing. Gym teacher was like "You sure you got this?" Acted like I had it like a boss, went to lift, remember it was way heavier than I expected, but still did it with relative ease considering. Weight room started applauding, I was like "u wot m8?" then they told me it was 205 lbs and I was like "Aw sh!t." Two years laer, JR year, still natty, I peaked at 305 lb bench press whilst weighing 140 lbs. (Looked like I weighed more than I did, lb for lb sh!t on the entire weight room in the bench, did competitively well with squats and deadlifts, but not as strong as my bench numbers.) Those lifts are pathetic, brah. I STARTED natty on bench where you are now after 2 years of work on deadlift. Reds gonna red, trolls gonna troll.

how in the fuk u lift 205 right off the bat. Took me over a year to go from 80-160lbs..
