I plan on drinking a lot of milk around 5 glasses daily along with a good weight lifting program. Which milk is healthier to drink that quantity? Whole milk, skim, no fat, 2%?

don't know for USA, but in Canada and other countries, milk is enriched with a liposluble vitamins emulsion to make up for the loss of vitamins due to skimming (it is actually made more potent than raw milk, 2 cups of standardized milk yielding 90% of daily vitamin D)
in those case, the choice should be made based on macronutriment requirements and personal taste preference.
I really like to drink milk as a refreshing beverage after physical activity, and find higher fat% hinder that refreshing feeling, so I drink 1%. I get my fats somewhere elseᕙ(´• ͜ʖ •`)ᕗ

nowadays, "whole milk" is milk that has been skimmed and some cream is re-added so a standard whole milk is put on the shelves.
(the reason being that not all cows are capable of producing exactly 3.25% fat, and industrial processors need to standardize stuff in order to make money. Profit comes from protein and fat content. Skimming all the milk and then producing skimmed, 1%, 2%, "whole" aka 3.25% according to the demand ensures maximum profit)
So, in essence all milks are the same from a processing point of view, but 2%, 1% and skim contain less/no creamᕙ(´• ͜ʖ •`)ᕗ
