I just did 215 for AMRAPs yesterday, so I can bench you for 12 reps with a couple in the tank
Quick training note: Lower back is still sore ... can barely do bent-over rows with just 135 I just did OHP for sets of 125x10 today, so at least I can still work on the Physique muscles lol## chillin at home crew

Only I have a right to complain of old age in this thread
When you can't squat or deadlift, it's pressing time
Herro
That's what I should have done.
Tried to squat again today. Got up to 225, which felt light as a feather, but walking the weight out and back was killer on my back
More rest time I guess. Time to focus on bench lol
P.S. Dat rep comment## chillin at home crew

Grrr ... sucks about your back. Keep up with the heat and some rest and you will be fine. Also may be time to look for the fountain of youth Heading out to squat now (as in the exercise, not to take up a house I don't own lol). Hopefully things go smooth, stomach feelin a little shaky, nothing a few oreos cant take care of...
Hold on, let me wipe the drool off my chin.... also added to spank bank ...Kenshin and Dbone's Nursing Home Adventures (ongoing) ... http://tinyurl.com/ns23wak

Pause squats:
295lbs @ 5

295lbs @ 5
295lbs @ 5
Notes:
Turned in a pretty solid squat session. Stomach was not happy at first, and it took 4 craps (2 at home and 2 at the gym) before I was able to right the ship lol. I still get a little shaky on the heavier squats in terms of remaining focused and tight each rep, but getting better. I ran out of time though so I had to skip the additional accessory work (walking lunges and Pulldowns). Overall happy with this session. Tomorrow is heavy bench day, yeah baby!!

I could tell you, but you'd have to move to the Bay Area
Sexy legs...
By the way, I got the SS knee sleeves too. In Medium, which is tighter than my Rehband Mediums. Unfortunately, can't really test them out since I can't squat more than 225 right now lol
We sharing meal info now?

I hear yeah, I started off in the public sector for about 4 years. Was a little nerve racking going to a small firm in the private sector, especially right after I got married, but best decision I have ever made (except of course for allowing Kenshin to log here with me )
My wife wonders the same thing, she does manage to out-eat me and yet I have a good 80-100lbs on her lol.Kenshin and Dbone's Nursing Home Adventures (ongoing) ... http://tinyurl.com/ns23wak
