Notes:
Week 2 in the books. Deadlifts were brutal, my body was definitely not happy DLing 3 out of the last 4 days lol. Everything felt heavy, IT bands a burnin, but finished up. Also added ArA (XFactor) to my regimen, don't seem to be paying the price in terms of DOMS this morning, so that is a plus

Strong DL's up in here. Yea, DLing that much....and then taking ArA on top of that? You must be one sore fuarker. You using any LCLT or anything else along with the ArA Deebz?
I picked up a bottle of Xgels. Going to wait till my bulking cycle to use it. Probably going to run it in conjuction with Clear Muscle and PA.

Trying to figure out how you guys manage to walk around like a normal person pulling so much.
I managed to survive 3x deadlifting when I was younger lighter, and much weaker haha.
I'd say something cheesy like BEAST MODE or HULK, but that's too easy and the hulk is a pussy compared to what's going on in here.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

yup, 2g ALCAR + GMS/Glycerol in my pre. Surprisingly haven't been too sore, very happy about that lol.
That is my problem, high rep DLs suck, but if I keep hitting all my reps I have to keep doing

Notes:
First time squatting 315lbs in over a month due to knee issues. Very happy that the weight didn't feel too heavy and no knee issues.
Bench, on my last set I f'd up and the first rep I hat the pin on the bench on the way up. I was able to regroup for a second rep but without a spotter I was afraid I used too much energy for the final 2 reps. Went to do the final 2 reps about 30 seconds later, and again on the 1st rep hit the pin lol. Ended up doing 2 singles about 30 seconds apart

Used PPK yesterday and today, very much enjoyed Will get my PPK log up hopefully later today. Off from work all week so taking the wife and boys to Splish Splash (water park) in a few minutes. Gonna take some Pot Nitrate and do a lot of pushups so I can impress da ladies with my pump
I was messing around with digging my heels into the ground/getting more leg drive on bench. What I didn't realize at the time is that when I did this I was pushing myself further under the bench which is why I kept hitting the pins.
