Protein Concoction Example:
Pumpkin Pancakes:
80g Complete Pancake Mix
80g Pumpkin
1 Egg
1 White
3g Splenda
3g Baking Powder
3g Cinnamon
1/3 Cup Almond Milk
8g SF/FF Pudding Mix
1 Scoop Cinnamon Swirl Whey
Topped with 50g Banana
Macros:
Protein - 55g
Carbs - 85g
Fat - 9g
Sludge Example:
100g Greek Yogurt
100g Plain NonFat Yogurt
8g SF/FF Pudding Mix
20g Pretzels
20g Cookie Crisp
20g Honey Nut Cheerios
150g Apple
1 Scoop Vanilla Casein
Macros:
Protein - 50g
Carbs - 75g
Fat - 4g
Be Creative and encouraged to Post Videos as well
