Wrestling shoes on leg day. Any ol' tennis shoes / sneakers on most days. I take my shoes off for deadlifts.

And speaking of lifting, I recently tried laying down a couple 3/4" plywood boards with my squats. Feels so good, man.
Plus I tried out a strapped grip for front squats. So much more stable/comfortable.
