Anyway, was saying that I'd probably go out more if I lived in Arlington. I miss being able to see friends or go out with people as often, plus the commute blows since I work mostly in DC.

That said, I also am getting to the domesticated age / life phase. Maybe I'll rent for a year or two and then buy out there, I just feel like with the Silver Line opening the prices are gonna go up.
