any tmiscers here got high scores on the SAT? how did you do it? I am taking it on June, and so far I've just been reading vocabulary trying to learn hard words, etc. My English teacher is going to start helping us with SAT stuff now that we are done with AP testing.

Besides practice theres really nothing else to do lmao.
I mean, the biggest way for you to f up your SAT is by not studying in a rounded fashion - ie going too deep into math, or not doing enough vocab, etc. Really these standardized tests are just like lifting - consistency and sleep are the key.Clean and jerk: 242

Take practice tests. Brush up on algebra and basic trig. Other than that... if you have a good vocabulary, read a lot, etc. the reading and writing sections shouldn't give you an issue. You can study vocab if it makes you feel better (Greek and Latin roots in English, for example), but if you read regularly you probably don't need to.
