i've known those engineering panel feels, except in the context of finance info sessions
however, i decided i need to put myself out there regardless of how awkward i could come across
in fact, i got my internship this summer by talking to the MD of a company after he presented at an info session...if i hadn't done that i wouldn't have gotten the internship

you've gotta get out there and move out of your comfort zone a little bit everyday
if you're getting anxiety/butterflies before doing something, keep pushing forward and do it anyway

Unfortunately, in real life nobody will do this, because in this world you're all alone. You're on your own. That's why you need to be SELF-RELIANT, conquer yourself and steer your own life, because NOBODY else will help you.

And judging from your posts you seem like somebody who has high expectations of himself (changing the world, making it etc.) but probably somebody who doesn't take action to meet these expectations. That's why you're depressed. So you have two options: either lower your expectations of yourself, or actually take action and go change the world, instead of fapping all day.

1) do EVERYTHING in your power to make yourself look better and see where you scale (nnew haircut, lift for aesthetics, groom your facial hair nicely, etc)
2) start going out more, go with friends somewhere, try initiating conversations and learn how to converse from there
3) go fck another bitch u pussy or stay busy so you forget about her
4) lifting is good
5) cant give decent advice on this
6) dont watch porn but u can jack off 1-2 times a day doesnt matter
7) look at stuff you are interested in and see if there are careers in that field
8) control yourself or limit yourself from going on those sites
