Thoughts and advice on routine.... Intermediate trainer, trained for a number of years, mainly done strength based programs. 6ft, 188lbs at aged 26
Bench - 105kg - 1RM
Deadlift - 200kg - 1RM
Squat - 170kg - 1RM
Chest and Triceps
Bench Press 3x8-12
Dips 3x10
Skullcrushers 3x10
Incline Flies 3x10
Tricep Pushdowns 3x10
Back and Biceps
Deadlifts 3x8-12
Bent over Rows 3x10
Pull ups 3x10
Barbell Curls 3x10
Incline Hammer Curls 3x10
Legs and Shoulders
Squats 3x8-12
SLDL 3x10
Leg Extensions 3x10
Calf Raises 3x20
Military Press 3x8-12
Side Raises 3x10
Shrugs 3x10
