First off forgive the whiteness in my pics!
I find out it's harder and harder to lose weight as I get older. I'm always looking for a good thermogenic to push my metabolism up a bit.
Thanks TSN for sending me 2 bottles of ab igniter and hyperblend bcaas.
Initial thoughts. I took first one pill on an empty stomach. Good non jittery energy, and a general lack of appetite. I didn't have a crazy internal heat I've gotten from some others. I did wanna see how I'd do on one pill when the dosage is two. My normal breakfast consists of protein shake with 1/4 cup of oats, banana, and table spoon of chia seeds. I like wheybolic extreme 60 20 grams of protein, and 90 calories per serving. I'll have some sort of mid morning snack around 100 calories. I go out for lunch but I make good choices. I did remember to take the ab igniter 30 minutes before I was eat lunch. Today was a side salad and 4 oz chicken breast with 2 tablespoons of italian dressing. I felt little light on calories around 2ish so I had a 80 calorie yogurt. Around 5 I ate a honey stinger protein bar took my white flood reborn pre workout and went to the gym around 545. I got back and took the BCAAs. After that, Dinner was pork steak 8 oz and a side salad. I was impressed with a single tablets affect. I am pretty stim resistant, and it did a pretty good job. nice stable energy on a blah monday.

I still need to do a weigh in and a body fat. I'll do that with a digital scale and digital body fat calculator.

Just got home from the Y, quick post on the day here. Hit Chest/Triceps and some cardio, overall, great session, had a crazy pump in my triceps, did things slightly differently being at the Y with less equipment than at Gold's.

What's up all, decent session this evening, went in a bit more tired than usual and it was felt. Kept things to three exercises, Deadlifts, Lat Pull Downs and Pull ups. Looks like my schedule overall will not be slowing down much, was elected to coach all stars for the older kids which will run about another two months, uff. Need to keep things planned out to stay on top of nutrition and gym times.

I'm usually about 45 minutes to an hour 15. I don't spend a lot of rest inbetween sets, no more than 2 minutes usually lot less. Hiit session last night was brutal. I was drenched from head to toes. When I workout at home like the HIIT session I have a white board I write my workout on and then I attack it. Sometimes I bite off more than I can chew...
