if you're truly depressed you're not going to have the drive to consistently train. It just goes against it. Building a physique is an act of hope, you are looking forward to something, while depression is where you feel like there is no hope. Also depressed people often aren't motivated to do much or enjoy much.
People who say they want to change the world usually just want a fan club.

Once a friend of mine was feeling a bit down after breaking up with his girlfriend. The guy was a non-lifting beta, and I always suspected this was the cause of problems in life. So one day, being the nice guy I am, I took my creatine with me to meet him at the bar. After a few drinks I offered him some of the creatine in the toilets. He looked at my skeptically, and asked "wtf is that?". I didn't want him to be suspicious of me, lots of people are opposed to steroids here, so I reassured him it was less serious and said it was coke, which he accepted.
About 3 minutes after us leaving the toilets he complained of a bad itch. An itch all over. The itch to make gains.
I told him that I had deceived him, and sneakily given him a dose of creatine. I told him there was no looking back now, the damage was done, and that we better head for the gym soon, or else.
What can I say, 1 line of creatine and this guy was benching 350 for reps. He's now a habitual user, doing creatine 4-5 times a day, but I've never seen him so happy.
Creatine, not even once.

You're lying. I know you are. Something deep down inside me is telling me. So instead of studying for my exams, I will spend the next 14 hours going through every one of your posts. I will scrutinise every word, looking at posts that respond to you, and threads that you post in, to determine whether any talk of facial aesthetics has been undergone. If my suspicions are correct, and I believe they are, I will report you. I will find them posts, and I will neg you.

Coming from someone's who's been really fukn depressed, you're somewhat right. I've always loved training, and even in my lowest points over the last year I still trained. But it was different, I was just kinda going through the motions and didn't really have any goals in the gym. Made some gains but didn't really care much about it. Just flopped around doing whatever the hell I felt like in the gym and still maintained a good physique because I know how to train hard. I can tell that I'm doing better though because I have goals in the gym again. I look forward to workouts not because I get out the apartment (which if you're depressed, it's easy to find that where you live becomes a timeless blackhole where you wallow in misery), but because I'm working towards something again.
We're all gonna make it brahs."There's nothing more miserable than sitting around someone who's f**king complaining all the time. It is one of the most annoying things ever. Everybody hates it. When someone just sits around and they complain about their life, and they don't do jack sh*t about it."

Depression is a sickness of modern era.
When you are focused on your work or doing things you love , things will and must change.
Ask yourself why are you depressed? You are depressed because you are phossy and lazy. There is no time for depression for people that put 110% of effort in their goals.
People often think that other people with an amazing physique have amazing life and they are never depressed. They are totally wrong. You never know what's inside the man and his/her problems.

I'm talking about people that don't go outside guys.
People that only care about their goals, people that don't like to go out drinking because those nights happen to be a burden to their goals (school, work, gym etc.).
In generally just people that are so focused and uptight on important stuff that they create this comfortzone for themselves where they don't have to interact with other people in order for them to achieve their goals.
My question is:
Is this level of stress/uptightness unhealthy in a way that it makes your hormones screw up your goals of becoming aesthetic?"I don't mean perfection as far as a visual image of perfection. I mean, "perfection" to me is, I walk away from a situation and say, "I did everything I could do right there. There was nothing more that I could do."
