    Had a great weekend, it really was a great day of going out. Calories were 2600/2800/2900, which means I actually had a weekend without a day above 3000 calories which is so long ago I can't even remember.

    I'm still a bit tired for the weekend, so I'll be taking a rest day today.

    Morning everyone. Happy Monday!

    Usually my favorite day of the week but this week....not so much. I have a job to do that I'm less than happy about. And my neck still hurts and my husband is camping with a friend and his son and my youngest and my neck still hurts.

    I'm out of sorts and not happy. Thinking of career change but not the best time for it. But want to. Guess I better get my resume/cover letter done.

    And did I mention that my neck still hurts???!!!!

    Yup! And I have a super high tolerance to pain. 3 c sections and only Advil for meds. And I left the hospital after 48 hours. Shoulder surgery....advil. This is wiping me out! I'm so angry. LOL

    Did a major refeed yesterday, 1500 calories over maintenance and 2500 over my average deficit. Also did a 40 mile ride in 2 hours, 15 minutes. Still lost a pound lol

    Events happen and that's life. You're supposed to enjoy it. But it's over and time to move on. I also have lose it and love it!!!!! Just track and you'll be surprised at how "magic" it all is.

    Starting Strength is a great program....That's all you NEED to do. I would add some brisk walking for cardiovascular health on non lifting days but nothing too major. Just take a walk. Do things that you can do for the rest of your life. That's what your doing this for, right? Long term health and wellness?

    I am having trouble sticking to my diet... just can't eat that much food.

    Have no real appetite since I started cutting and feel like I am force feeding myself.

    I don't get hungry anymore either...and I don't even want to go back to maintenance. I was completely miserable after my refeed yesterday, and that "refeed" was basically what I would normally eat before I started cutting. I basically force feed myself protein just to hit my macro.

    Well, weight isn't going down much at all, but surprisingly lost 1.25 inches off my waist.

    Maybe I'll actually drop some pounds from the scale this week.

    Beats having to clean up the kitchen 3 times a day too. Is that actually good tasting? What kind of whey do you use?
