Could you update my Friday weigh-in: 198 lbs, which is +0.5 lbs?
Had a great weekend, it really was a great day of going out. Calories were 2600/2800/2900, which means I actually had a weekend without a day above 3000 calories which is so long ago I can't even remember.
I'm still a bit tired for the weekend, so I'll be taking a rest day today.

Morning everyone. Happy Monday!
Usually my favorite day of the week but this week....not so much. I have a job to do that I'm less than happy about. And my neck still hurts and my husband is camping with a friend and his son and my youngest and my neck still hurts.
I'm out of sorts and not happy. Thinking of career change but not the best time for it. But want to. Guess I better get my resume/cover letter done.
And did I mention that my neck still hurts???!!!!
Not lifting today.

Thanks, Denis. They said Spasmadic Torticollis http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-c...n/con-20028215 in case you're curious.
Which I think is incorrect by the way.

I went to the wedding reception of 2 of my friends on Saturday and drank too much beer. I also haven't really been tracking my calories, carbs and fats that closely. I have the lose it! app on my phone and I need to start using it.
For my workouts I have been doing Starting Strength. I think I need to add some more activities on my non lifting days.

Events happen and that's life. You're supposed to enjoy it. But it's over and time to move on. I also have lose it and love it!!!!! Just track and you'll be surprised at how "magic" it all is.
Starting Strength is a great program....That's all you NEED to do. I would add some brisk walking for cardiovascular health on non lifting days but nothing too major. Just take a walk. Do things that you can do for the rest of your life. That's what your doing this for, right? Long term health and wellness?
One day at a time!!!

I get over half of my daily protein from a shake- 3 scoops of protein powder and 2 servings of full fat cottage cheese with some water (and a bunch of ice so I can pretend it's a chocolate shake from Dairy Queen). For me it beats force feeding myself chicken and tuna to get enough protein.
