I ended up gaining 4 lbs over the last 3 months (where I'm at now). It has been and up and down 3 months of wheels spinning. Here's to making the next 3 better. Congrats everyone who stuck it out and pushed themselves.

I'm in love which my bodymedia band!
It's like a little pet! It's charging right now and waiting for it's momma to pick him up!!! LOL
It's pretty ugly but I not uncomfortable. I like having it on. Like a dependable watch. And summer is over, so you can't see it under my sweater.
It showed me that I do sleep 8hrs (last 2 nights anyway) and it says I burned 2000 cal yesterday which it much too high. I walked 1.5 mi though to get my son to orchestra so I was active.
We'll see what a day of cleaning house/cooking/laundry does.
Diet is down to 1550 yesterday and the scale is moving back down.
Have a great Sunday!** Marie **
