I use the KISS method which basically breaks down to.... I have no clue what I'm doing! Seriously, I watch what I eat within reason. I keep my calories at 1900-2000/day at 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat. I eat a lot of chicken, pork and turkey. I eat a lot of almond butter and salads full of veggies. I have the occasional little treat which I track.
For my gym time, I go 5 days a week. My split consists of Leg Day, Back & Bicep/core day, Chest & tricep/shoulders/core day. I do 20-25 minutes of cardio immediately after working out. I alternate between medium intensity cardio and HIIT cardio. As far as lifting..... I do 1 warmup set of 15-20 reps, then 3-4 sets of 6-10 reps hard and heavy. I generally don't finish the last set ( failure ). If I do finish, I up the weight on the next day of that lift.
Thats about it.... I don't follow a specific plan or routine, I just change up my workouts every 2 weeks.OBF 2014 Winter Transformation Challenge 4th Place finish...

ive been around the block a few times on here, and really need to get my crap back in order.
dec 2012 - 285 lbs
got to a low of 206 last summer, hurt myself at work, no gym, crap eating, back up to 242
