Two videos discussing reps/TUT. For anyone who doesn't believe sub 8 reps is adequate and believes TUT is a dominant factor in hypertrophy
Inb4 "silverback is saying you're wasting your time if you do more than 8 reps and low reps are better for everyone". No I'm not saying that at all. I'm saying if you enjoy training with low reps but think it's going to negatively impact size gains, the difference will be practically unnoticeable especially if volume(sets x reps x weight) is a constant factor.

I read a study that proved the muscular hypertrophy difference between strength training and body building were negligible, and in fact bodybuiding just provided extra gylcggen stores in the muscles due to higher rep ranges. I'm guessing the videos touch on that
