    Talking week 6 workout 2

    Low Bar Slightly Wider than Shoulder Width Squats 5 sets of 4 reps.....love love the bar placement...makes my traps feel like i went through a workout....worked my weigh up to 295 for the sets of 4...little wider like it said and a little deeper.

    Barbell Bench Press 5 sets of 4 reps....worked my weigh up to 215 for the first two sets and then 205 for the last 3 sets.

    Sumo Deadlifts 3 sets of 4 reps ....185 x 4....still a weird move for me but feeling more confident.

    Conventional Deadlifts 2 sets of 4 reps....worked up to 320 x 4...felt good at the end....liked starting hot with 5 sets and then less n less towards the end...last of the energy to push through.

    Thumbs up week 6 workout 3

    This was done on sunday!!! killed me that day!


    Low Bar Slightly Wider than Shoulder Width Squats 5 sets of 4 reps.... worked up to 275x4 with good form. like low bar better everyday!

    Barbell Bench Press 5 sets of 4 reps....worked up to 215 x 4 for first set and then 205 for the last 4 sets. felt good hitting 215 x 4..buddy was there to help push me to it.

    Sumo Deadlifts 2 sets of 4 reps 185 x 4....hammis feel it for sure!!

    Conventional Deadlift 1 set of 4 reps....305 x 4 ....felt good went slow after doing the sumo deads.

    Weighted Pull Ups/Weighted Dips (Superset) 3 sets of 4 reps...80 x 4 for pulldowns and 35 pound plate for dips.

    Underhand Bent Over Row 3 sets of 4 reps- worked up to 205 for all sets here...felt good going underhand.

    Barbell Shoulder Press 3 sets of 4 reps...145x 4.

    Seated Dumbell Curls/ Skull Crushers (Superset) 3 sets of 4 reps....45 lbs db for curls and 35 lbs for skull crushers.

    week 7 workout 1

    This was done on Tuesday!


    Low Bar Slightly Wider than Shoulder Width Squats 3 sets of 10 reps....worked up to 235 for deeper squats...felt good....first set no belt last 2 belt on.

    Barbell Bench Press 3 sets of 10 reps 185 x 10 last 2 reps were support from partner.

    Sumo Deadlifts 2 sets of 10 reps 155 x 10.

    Conventional Deadlift 1 set of 10 reps i really pushed for 275 for all 10 reps...good thing i had straps and good thing i had only one set haha

    Weighted Pull Ups/Weighted Dips (Superset) 3 sets of 10 reps 65 for pulldowns and 25 pound plate for dips.

    Underhand Bent Over Row 3 sets of 10 reps worked up to 165 then 175 and squeezed out 185 for ten with the belt on for some support.

    Barbell Shoulder Press 3 sets of 10 reps....115 x 10...and then 125 x 10 for the last 2 sets.

    Seated Dumbell Curls/ Skull Crushers (Superset) 3 sets of 10 reps 40 DBs and then 30 for skull crushers....arms were pumped when done!!!


    i loved going from workout 3 of week 6 into this one of higher reps....complete shocker after the other.

    Thumbs up week 7 workout 2

    Low Bar Slightly Wider than Shoulder Width Squats 5 sets of 4 reps.....275 x 4 and tried to move deeper and deeper...couldve done 305 and decent depth but really wanted to drop lower!!!

    Barbell Bench Press 5 sets of 4 reps....worked up to 205, 210, and 215 for the last two...buddy helped at the 215 marks.

    Sumo Deadlifts 3 sets of 4 reps....worked up to 185 and now i can really feel it more in the hamstrings for sure!!

    Conventional Deadlifts 2 sets of 5 reps.....worked up to 315 x 5....man I'm glad we are resting 3 minutes in between...dying by the end...whole body felt drained!!



    felt great yesterday on this and i am relaxing today recovering by watching transformer 4...enjoying lebron coming home and a huge sushi night will molly!! fantastic!

    This was my Sunday Funday workout!!!


    Low Bar Slightly Wider than Shoulder Width Squats 5 sets of 3 reps....worked up and 275 on all sets...deeper n better every week!!

    Barbell Bench Press 5 sets of 3 reps...worked up to 225 for first one n then 215 for the rest.

    Sumo Deadlifts 2 sets of 3 reps ....so pumped about these...keep improving and started testing myself....worked up to 2 sets of 250. and for never really doing these i am falling in love with them...back sore in a good way and my hammis are destroyed!!!

    Conventional Deadlift 1 set of 3 reps....worked up 330 x 1.

    Weighted Pull Ups/Weighted Dips (Superset) 3 sets of 3 reps....pulldown 90 with some momentum..and dips had 45 plate.

    Underhand Bent Over Row 3 sets of 3 reps 205 x 3....belt on and feeling good!

    Barbell Shoulder Press 3 sets of 3 reps....worked to 160 x 3. i would prefer these earlier in the workout haha i was dead.

    Seated Dumbell Curls/ Skull Crushers (Superset) 3 sets of 3 reps....45 x 3 and 35 x 3.....arms pumped but exhausted!!!!

    This was tuesday!

    Low Bar Slightly Wider than Shoulder Width Squats 3 sets of 8 reps....225 x 8 on all three...i went as deep as i good on all sets with good form.

    Barbell Bench Press 3 sets of 8 reps....190 x 8...felt a good pump with this!!

    Sumo Deadlifts 2 sets of 8 reps ....wrapped up and strapped tight to the bar! 250 x 8.

    Conventional Deadlift 1 set of 8 reps....worked up to 275 x 8.

    Weighted Pull Ups/Weighted Dips (Superset) 3 sets of 8 reps 70 x 8 and 25 plate

    Underhand Bent Over Row 3 sets of 8 reps....195 x 8 full range and feeling good.

    Barbell Shoulder Press 3 sets of 8 reps...135 x 8 on all 3 sets. fat grips on the bar too!!!

    Seated Dumbell Curls/ Skull Crushers (Superset) 3 sets of 8 reps 40 and 30....pump pump pump!!!

    so far on my log i can say i have definitely benefitted from some of these new lifts for me.....new pr'S and just a different approach to lifting.

    with clear muscle i haven't felt anything negative yet..i know everyone responds different and I'm not as extreme as the test subjects but i am definitely benefitting.

    lifts have gone up...i feel i have gained size in my back....chest shoulders and triceps feel full and i feel good.

    i have noticed my recovery is what is improving the most...this program really pushes you to some new limits and I'm recovering a lot better.

    Really bummed i don't have chains available all the time at my gym...buddy locks them up and he wasn't there! bummer


    Low Bar Slightly Wider than Shoulder Width Squats 5 sets of 3 reps....feeling ok here...275 as deep as i could go...couple times i failed to deep but got my 5 sets of solid 3.

    Barbell Bench Press 5 sets of 3 reps...worked up to first set of 225, new best and then cashed out for 215 for 3 the rest of the time!!

    Sumo Deadlifts 3 sets of 3 reps ...need my wraps!! almost killed my back when the one ripped! but reset every rep and kept it going...250 felt great!

    Conventional Deadlifts 2 sets of 3 reps...worked up to 305 and grip kept slipping! but got em done!

    week 8 workout 3

    Low Bar Slightly Wider than Shoulder Width Squats 3 sets of 1 rep.....worked my way up to 300 and tried to go deep haha..key world try...buddy spotted me but still did the work!!

    Barbell Bench Press 3 sets of 1 rep....worked my way up to 240 x 1...no help on the first set and little help on the next two....still pumped tho

    Conventional Deadlift 3 sets of 1 rep...worked my way up to 330 x 1...tried to keep good form and stopped here and felt good on it.

    still had energy so i crushed some abs n cardio to finish....felt great!!! that was a perfect workout to end the week.

    Thumbs up week 9 workout 1

    High Bar Close Stance Squats 3 sets of 8 reps....back to these bad boys...knees felt ok...but i worked up to 255 and felt pretty good on the depth.

    Barbell Bench Press 3 sets of 8 reps....worked to 190 on all three sets today and felt a good pump.

    Conventional Deadlifts 3 sets of 8 reps i squeezed a great 275 today and felt great...hold on the top squeezed my back and kept pumping them out.

    Weighted Pull Ups/Weighted Dips (Superset) 3 sets of 8 reps 75 for pulldowns and 35 plate for dips!!

    Overhand Bent Over Row 3 sets of 8 reps....overhand isn't as strong as my underhand...but worked up to 165 for a good squeeze and was trying for a good bend...not a full 90 degrees but pretty low.

    Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3 sets of 8 reps....60 lbs for the first two and tried 65 for 8 n got 6 full reps and last two help from my buddy

    Standing Barbell Curls/ Rope Tricep Ext (Superset) 3 sets of 8 reps...elbow was bugging so i had to go lower...75 for curls with a two count hold and then 50 for extensions...felt fine on the extensions!!



    i am exhausted today!! this workout killed me today....its phase 2 baby!!!! gonna kill it these next two weeks!

    Leg Press (Close Foot Placement) 3 sets of 8 reps...we have a straight forward leg press haha not the plate loaded and laying down, which i love by the way so i need some changes to my gym, but worked my way to 310 and close feet. def felt it going deep. so sore today!!

    Incline Barbell Bench Press 3 sets of 8 reps...worked my way up to 175....def need some more barbell bench...love the DB but need more barbell.

    Military Press 3 sets of 8 reps...worked up to 160....elbow felt great and def helped me stay strong on this! feeling great on this new max!

    Supinated Pull Ups/Dips (Superset) 3 sets of 8 reps....pulldowns on this still 75 and dips nice and deep feeling the stretch!

    Bent Over Row 3 sets of 8 reps...ohhh yeah crushing 205 for this!! loving the gain on this move...feeling like baby weight when i was crushing this!

    Hammer Curls/Close Grip Bench (Superset) 3 sets of 8 reps....35 for hammer curls nice and slow and then 185 on close bench...pushing out feeling the triceps...

    Underhand Bent Over Row 3 sets of 12 reps....185 x 12....good form, good squeeze.

    Barbell Shoulder Press 3 sets of 12 reps....worked up to 125 and on last set i tried 135 for 12 but failed at 10

    This was the other day and made sure i had my buddy there to spot me!

    Squat – 3 sets of 1 rep...i tried 300 even on all sets and tried to go as deep as i could...very minimal help from buddy more to help just incase on these.

    Bench Press – 3 sets of 1 rep...worked my way up to 240...hoping to see a 250 clean push all me by the end.

    Conventional Deadlifts – 3 sets of 1 rep....worked up to 330 with good form, make me nervous maxing out on these with my lower back but turned out good.

    Talking week 10....has been hell week....workout 1

    work has been overloading and this week with lifting has been great numbers but man it hurts haha!!!
