    Nutrition plan.

Hey everyone. I have been reading this forum for months now and just decided to sign up.
I've been working out for about 12 weeks now and starting to really enjoy it.
Workouts have mostly been weight lifting and some cardio.
    I'm 30 years old. 5ft 11 and I weight 100kg. By a guess (looking at comparison photos) I'm up around 20-22% bf.
I'd obviously like to drop this percentage to a round 12-15.
What I'm having trouble with is my nutrition plan.
I work a moderately actives job and workout 3-4 afternoons a week. I have noticed some new muscle and I don't feel as fat but I'm still hovering at the same weight.
I have read that nutrition is about 60% and the training about 20% so I really want to get the eating sorted out.
Any info would be greatly appreciated

So... what is the other 20%?

Nutrition is more like 80% at least.

You need to figure out your TDEE and go from there... it's a simple matter of calorie consumption for you at this point. You don't need to worry about specific timing and all the little details until you get to a lower body fat percentage.

Do you count calories? Weigh and measure food? Start there.
