All of my weights have gone up to a pretty decent level - I weigh 76kg and I'm benching a bit over 2 plates, and deadlifting 4 plates. However my squat (highbar to parallel) is pretty weak because I can do maybe only 115kg for 5 (125x5 when I was 84kg). People at the gym say my form looks good but I feel like something still off. The lift at a higher weight feels very uncomfortable. What I mean by this is that when I benching or deadlifting, I have to put all my strength into the lift, but the motion itself is easy, whereas for the squat I just feel the bar is going to possibly tip me over. Either I've got my technique down wrong, I'm not flexible enough or my body is just bad for squatting.
Here's a video I made yesterday with only 60kg as I was focusing my best on having the best form. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong.
