I wouldn't bother dude. It's not cause you need more cals. Your body is just still recovering. Your strength will be back to normal in a week. This happens to me every time I'm on the rag. Seriously. Strength PLUMMETS. Nothing is going to speed up recovery other than rest and taking care of yourself.

Hit a long term goal of mine to get 3 plates added to weighted chin ups.
Got 2 reps clean and then a spotter pushed me up for the 3rd. Finally broke the plateau, I'd been stuck at +115lbs for 1-2 yrs and went for a 20lb PR cause I was feeling good and I got it.

Nice. I should hit them more often but every time I want to I run around the gym for 3hours just to find the belt to attach the weights and when I find it all the bar are being used by circuit *******s. So until I get my own belt fuk them lol. Good job tho
