Why does it take men so long to poop?

I think for me it's the obscene amounts of protein that I consume. Also I'm generally on my phone and get distracted and sometimes forget to poop and thus have to poop again.

1 set, 3 reps of 20-30 second isometric squats at 90 degrees. (no atg here form nazis)
sphincter puckering to failure
wipe 1 set 2-3 reps unless chipotle/mexican cuisine was eaten then you need german volume 10x10
wash hands for cool down from workout

I anticipated this, that's why I recommend some arm candy to add some weight. You can add Fawnl with these 2 and I'm sure you'll get 315lbs to squat with.
