I have had some great sleep using GABA, ZMA, or Melatonin. The vivid dreams are a plus in my book

As mentioned by many, Nimbus Abyss-Unparalleled. Abyss uses clinically studied doses of patented ingredients. We've even put our money where our mouth was by giving away. FITBit Flex to a consumer to log with Abyss. Abyss helps to correct your sleep. Sleep better and feel better with AU.

I've used Animal PM for years and love it. I get a good, restful sleep with it (not easy with a two-year old) and it's got a great price to serving ratio considering it has ZMA, valerian root, and immunity boosters. I strongly recommend it.

Best recovery supplement I've taken was Labrada HICA-Max. It won't help you sleep but it helped me almost double frequency while cutting. It tastes great and you're notice the effects a few days in. I'm out and I miss feeling fresh and able to squat/deadlift without a 2-3 day break in between.

Before you go getting yourself mentally conditioned to need to ingest something special in order to get quality sleep, I would research these types of things and make sure they don't help.
That seems like sound advice. My pillow is **** indeed.

Came in to recommend melatonin as a sleep aide.

    Melatonin saturates at 0.3 mg.

Read about the effects of overdosing melatonin here.

FYI - Overdosing in this case simply means dosing over the necessary amount, doesn't mean you will die. It will reduce the effect of future uses of the supplement.

You can also use valerian root to help sleep.

As for recovery, RSP Nutrition has BCAA for intra-workout... helps with soreness at a deficit.
They also carry glutamine for muscle recovery. Both are available in pure form, or you can get it as a flavored powder to mix with water and drink. GlutaGen is the best tasting glutamine supplement I've ever tried.
