My instagram shows my progress from when I started my IG account, which was like january 2013. 17-20 was mainly just bulking, then december 2012 I had a really bad crohns disease flare up and unintentionally got shredded and lost like 20lbs (I lost a lot of muscle but lost even more fat since my body wasn't digesting half of what I was eating due to the flare up). Since then I've been lean bulking, cutting, lean bulking, cutting and currently bulking pretty hard.Originally Posted by irTim
